To me he's the best doctor I've had

That one star, is for some of his staff. The only doctor I've ever had , that didn't want me as a patient and told me so. Then treated me for 4 yr. Then I got my dear John letter. He shouldn't have started something, he couldn't finish. Alot of miss communication between me and his staff. I hope they answer their phone now, they rarely answer for me or return calls. For the, some good staff I commend you. Thank you!!! For your kind help in those longs years. KG

Went in to my appointment that I’ve had scheduled for two months only to be told when I walk in that my referral is up and I can’t see the dr until I get a new referral. They refuse to let me be self pay so my only option was to just leave. I drove really far to be there on time so it’s kind of a big deal to be turned away when I get there. I will not be back. Dr Kanjia is great but his staff do not care about patients at all and do not bother to let you know you need another referral until the day of your appointment when it’s too late to get one. Really sad because I liked the dr.

Short wait time , thorough exam, concerned and caring dr.

I’ve only been once, and I was seen quickly. Both in making my appointment and while in the waiting room. I’ve hurt for years now, and it’s utterly depressing. I feel that Dr. Kanjia listened. He seems like a man of action, and seems to actually care. I’m looking forward to my 2nd appointment to see all options. Yes, meds are one part, but I’m also interested in Yoga, Breathing Techniques, and even Acupuncture. Maybe with a whole mind/ body technique, as well as surgery or procedures, if needed, I can actually look forward to the rest of my life.

Personal, professional, caring. Love the Drs and the staff. Friendly and go out of their way to help.

Visit with Dr. Kanjia and procedure great. Can’t get through to schedule or get information. Phone system terrible and no return calls. Waited 3 hours on hold. Not what you need when in pain.

I love Dr Kanjia. I make him explain and answer my questions. I think people think he is talking down to them but I think that’s just his personality. Never had a problem with him or the staff. Only problem is that the office atmosphere is really really down. Changes are not working for them. I feel sorry for the fact that my favorite people are so sad. Normally happy atmosphere has gone bad.

Dr. Kanjia has excellent bedside manner. He provides adequate time to discuss issues and makes you feel at ease. I’ve seen him for lower back pain and he kept working with me till I was pain free.

Very responsive and is aggressive on his approach where it is appropriate; thus, no time is wasted trying options that do not work.
