My mother had surgery and an overnight stay here 4/3 - 4/4 and I have to tell you, everything from the staff to the food to the rooms and the care was outstanding! I did not worry about my mother at all and everyone treated her like family. They were not only attentive and kind to her but also to me and to my aunt who stayed overnight with my mother. The food was good and my mother expressed so much surprise that hospital food was so flavorful (thank you Marky Mark)! Her nurses and other staff made sure she was taken care of. We see them all as angels! John, Dorothy, Ursula, Lianna, Marcus, Nicole, Gina, Kim, Kathy, and Dr. Liang & Dr. Dickey - God bless you!
To the reviewer who left a one star due to the noise. Hurricane Beryl had just hit the area and the facility was running on generator power. To leave a review based on a time that the whole city was devastated by the hurricane shows lack of humanity. This facility is a great place to receive quality care and is convenient for patients in the area. I wish for much more success and growth for them.
My wife received the absolute best care before, during and after her surgery. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Their kindness and compassion is second to none!
I’m am sitting in the 1941 Marketplace as my sweetheart is in surgery. I’ll be here overnight, and I have to agree that this place is not good for those who must wait. The cafe, which is the only place to eat, is actually a Starbucks. The food consists of a few types of cake, candy, some heavily spotted bananas and small number of cold, prepackaged food that can be heated in the microwave. I noticed the staff brings their own food from home, except for coffee. There is a water dispenser, but no cups, and as another person-in-waiting said, no food or beverages are allowed in the waiting area which has blaring overhead lights and is not very comfortable. There are no TVs in the cafe or lobby. Given that a stay here can be as long as 48 hours, this is a desert without comfort for those who wait. On the plus side, the staff are friendly and efficient and the facilities are immaculate. I have no doubt that the MDA medical standards will be upheld and a great surgical outcome will be had.
These people don’t realise that real humans live behind them ! Every night there is a loud noise that goes on entire night and we can’t sleep nor study and have small kids but they don’t care and have this loud noise on the whole night ! We need to complain to city and their corporate office because this now getting out of control 😡
Very annoying that family members are expected to wait for hours but are prohibited from bringing drinks into the waiting areas and patient rooms. Rather, they are forced to go down to the cafe to drink or return their drinks to their car. Seems very thoughtless.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
