My sister is getting treated here and the staff is very friendly. Even though I'm pushing her in the wheelchair they always speak to her and keep notes about what types of bandages and antiseptic work best for her.

This location should be close down. The staff including the medical staff are rude and doesn’t care about their patients. Staff don’t return your call or message send to their portal. I do NOT recommend going here.

I always had a good experience with MD Anderson at the Fannin location but this location is terrible. They do not seem to care about the patients well being. I had a terrible experience in one of the physician assistant, Marsha H. I also spoke to one of the patient advocate which lead nowhere. I’m very sadden to get this treatment . I do not recommend this location as they have terrible morals and unethical patient service.

This is my 2 nd battle with cancer and the West Houston, Katy Freeway campus is the BEST ! They go above and beyond for their patients comfort. I go every week for 3 hour infusions, everyone is professional and companionate, very well trained from the Lab to the Chemotherapy floor. (I’ll do radiation later this year and I’ll push to get it done there as well).They do make a difference. I appreciate each of them. I feel as if they are my own family taking care of me each week, that’s how sweet and caring they are.Who ever implemented warm blankets, a pillow, drinks(hot and cold) a snack if you need it, and for lengthy treatments they have iPads with movies on them.Very well done Katy M D Anderson, thank you.

MDA has been providing my dad with exceptional service for his cancer treatment. I cannot say enough good things and this satellite location is great!

I had a biopsy done today at this facility. I was beyond nervous and anxious. The staff from checking in to the actual nurse providing D/C instructions was so very professional and caring .The Tech Name start with a T..and the physician was super sweet and caring and just put me at ease. The staff had great chemistry..they all worked really well together.I am so very grateful for the excellent care I recieved todayThanksSW

I really like it here, its very nice and clean. I like that most of the time I'm greated by my name when they see me. I don't have tell them. Dr. Reiber, Dr. Chronowski and his team, Dr. Pytynia and her team are wonderful. I dont regreat ever coming to MD Anderson

All hospitals should follow MD Anderson's lead in making patients comfortable and welcomed. I have never observed such caring attention at a medical facility before. Thank you to the multitude of individuals who have gone way beyond my expectations.

The absolute worst medical facility ever treat patients like a number Dr Patel is horrible today will be our last experience ever with MD Anderson by far the worst experience they really need to focus on patients and not money
