This team is awesome. I’ve been with them for 2+ years and they have gone out of there way to help me out on a few occasions. Without them there is no telling were I would be. Best office I’ve been apart of. Thank you guys

The staff is disgusting. While dealing with a emergency they earliest apt is 2 weeks out. Getting copies of medical records will take 3-5 days and will come with a few. Just a complete incompetent ignorant and so far from good mental health care that you could possible be. Stay far far away from this place. This is definitely not where you need to go when you have a crisis or need help. These people don't care and they don't care that you know it. Garbage!!!

This place always has an excuse to why your prescriptions are called in wrong. The staff is rude which is a shame because the doctors are actually nice but good luck getting what you need because the staff will make you have a mental breakdown. Like I didn’t already have enough anxiety or feel like I couldn’t get the help I need.I would rate them lower than one star just on the staff alone. I can’t get anyone to call me back because I raised my voice. I took THE WRONG MEDICINE FOR A MONTH AND THEY STILL GAVE ME THE WRONG DOSE.

This is the worst staff ever. I love the doctors but the staff will absolutely make it the most difficult to get your mental health under control. They called in my prescriptions wrong 3 times They hung up on me when I was constantly interrupted. I took the wrong dosage of medicine for a month because of this place. I also was given the wrong dose to pick up after just discussing this with the doctor.This place will deteriorate your mental health It has gotten worse over the years I don't know if with the last three months if it has gone under different management or what. I am currently looking for another psychiatrist If I could rate it lower than one star, I would!

The doctors are as nice as they can be helpful curtios polite but the staff is something else I continuesly have problems with my prescriptions being sent in in a timely manner then blame the pharmacy and place you on hold hoping you'll hang up

Dr. Jiwani was very pleasant and listened closely to my concerns and needs. I only gave them a 4 star because there was an issue with my prescription and when I called the office the person who answered was not willing to help with the issue or even take my name and number and have someone call me...
