Hoda Habib, PA-C is very professional, attentive and knowledgeable. Listened carefully to my concerns and explained treatment plan clearly. Outstanding staff. I highly recommend.
Dr. Gelfand is an excellent physician. All of my experiences have been good and he has quickly and effectively treated me on multiple occasions. I have referred friends and relatives to him many times.
Doctor was polite sure, but I’m giving a one star because I showed up with swollen tonsils. Explained I could not sleep, eat, or swallow. My symptoms were not taken seriously, was given an antibiotic subscription, even after I asked if there was anything that could be done about these symptoms, the question was quickly dismissed, she was obviously just trying to get me out the door in 5 minutes after paying a 70$ copay. 3 days later my symptoms only got worse, went to a 24 hour urgent care because I couldn’t take it anymore, over a few hours the treatment they gave me, I could speak again, I could finally eat something and swallow, they showed genuine concern. I wasn’t expecting a 24 hour urgent care with no ent on site be much more helpful than an ENT specialist. Will not be returning
Please do not go there. A very sloppy staff, and you will end up waiting in the lobby from 1-2 hrs. I will give them negative 100 rating. The place is disorganized, and people at front they don’t look professional. Waiting an hour and a half to be seen by a dr is so unprofessional and disorganized.
So thankful for Medical Center ENT and Dr Kaplan! Just last night my daughter said to me, "Oh Mom, I'm so glad you can breathe again!" Yes, I can breathe again! Thanks to Dr. Kaplan!
I did the balloon surgery with Dr. Kaplan and he did a fantastic job. Vicki took care of me in the surgery room and Vicki took care of me in the recovery room. I strongly urge everyone to make an appointment.
Tiffany Bell, PA-C was exceptional during my visit to the ENT specialist. She was caring, kind, and took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns. She was very thorough in her explanations and made sure I understood everything regarding my care. Her attention to detail and compassionate approach made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. I truly appreciated her professionalism, patience, and genuine concern for my well-being. I highly recommend Tiffany Bell to anyone seeking outstanding care or who has been putting off the appointment for too long. You won’t regret going.
Nothing but great thoughts about my initial visit. I was seen by Dr. Tiffany and an amazing visit it was. She was quick, thorough in explanation and a plan forward.
Service was excellent. I was searching for an ENT specialist to fix my eardrums. My insurance app found this location being flexible and easy to get appointments. First time here, I didn't have any issues. The doctor gave me a medication. It kind of fixed the problem but I think the symptoms went away on its own. Other than a shocking side effects that almost sent me to the emergency room, I was back to normal. My second time here was to get an allergy test before they can formulate the serum for my allergy shot. Ok. This seems pretty simple. I followed the instructions to prepare my test. I didn't have to wait. The staff poked me a few times (about 82 times) and generated a report. Then, the doctor came in to explain the results and the next step. There were two options, daily drop under the tongue or weekly shots. I thought it was bothersome and expensive for daily dose, nearly $400 for 3 months. He said weekly shots are about the same price. Treatments would last 3 years or longer. I told him I can't do it now because I have some major events I need to attend. He said it would take time to formulate the serum anyway. I was happy that test was done with no side effects. But I am in pain for my wallet. Upon check out, I almost fall to the floor. They charged over $600, including copay for the test. I didn't get any warning. Ugh. I'm so upset and not going back again. I can't afford to get the shots, not even one drop. Tomorrow is the first, the rent needs to be paid. Update: a day later, I called my insurance company and asked them if this provider sent in my procedure for approval. The response was shocking. Nope. So, I removed another star.
Tiffany Bell went above and beyond in taking great care of me. I am so appreciative for her thorough exam and explanation of my condition. Additionally, the advice that she and Dr. Kaplan gave concerning appropriate treatment was detailed, honest, and very helpful. I have found my people!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
