I used to use their nursing service before and I just came back to check on their site and saw the face book too! I miss so much their staffs and services. It was always easy to talk with nurse supervisor and flexible to switch the times for services. Most of all, I was able to rely on staffs while I left my kid alone with them. It was huge help for a mom who has a child with special care always... Thank you so much for you guys help and now I am out of town and no more service from you guys, but I wish you all and the company the best !!!

MedPro USA Health Services is truly the BEST!!!! My child had several agencies before MedPro USA Health Services and they weren't caring, paid attention to our daughter's needs and wouldn't let us know in advance if a nurse was not able to make it. But MedPro USA Health Services is a totally different company. MedPro USA Health Services is a lifesaver and my child and family were able to do more things because we had consistent care. I was able to work and not worry about my child. The nurses are caring, trustworthy, and the nurses are well trained to care for my child. For that, I am forever grateful. The case manager, Mila listens to you, cares and informs you way in advance if a staff member cannot make it. Mila tries her best to always accommodate your child and family needs. MedPro USA HEALTH SERVICES is truly understanding of whatever situation you are going through and are always there for you day or night. Their response time to calls and text messages is impeccable. Day or night MedPro USA Health Services always responds to your needs,questions or concerns. MedPro USA Health Services becomes apart of your family and that is hard to find these days. My child is not just a number to MedPro USA Health Services, they know my child and truly want the BEST for my child.
