Great experience working with Dr. Hsu! He is professional, caring and skilled in his craft as a surgeon. I was impressed by his care when I had slight trouble with recovery in the first week. He sent me back to surgery center for fluids and protein and his staff took great care of me. I felt so much better after and recovery since then went smoothly. I have been very pleased in my journey with plastic surgery in Dr. Hsu’s care.

Simply the best! Dr Roehl gave me my life back! I wanted natural and to be restored back to my old self and that’s exactly what she delivered. From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Roehl and her incredible staff at Memorial Plastic Surgery for my breast lift and augmentation (BL/BA) was absolutely seamless. Every step of the process was handled with such professionalism and care. I was never in pain, and my recovery was an absolute breeze. As a mom with two small children, I barely skipped a beat – which speaks volumes about the smooth recovery I had. Now, just two weeks out, my scars are virtually invisible! Dr. McElwee is awesome!! He has great bedside manner, is very informative, and most importantly, highly skilled. The results we have achieved with simply Botox, filler, and microneedling are amazing. I highly recommend him for facial enhancements!

I submitted a consultation request to Memorial Plastic Surgery for Dr. Vasileios Vasilakis on May 7. I received an automated email stating that someone would contact me within 10 business days. They got back to me on May 19, which was reasonable. The coordinator told me she would gather my information for insurance and follow up on May 20—but I never heard back. I called again on May 23 to let them know I would be self-paying for the surgery, so there was no need to go through the insurance process. I was told my coordinator was busy and would return my call, but she never did. Later that day, I received an email stating that she would call me on Tuesday, May 27. That follow-up also never happened. While I completely understand how busy the staff may be, I also value punctuality and clear communication. At this point, I will definitely be contacting another surgeon.

DR. ROEHL was born to be a surgeon, she is gifted. Good bedside manner, she truly cares.

Dr.McElwee did my deep plane facelift and necklift, upper bleph and chin lipo. There is not a more meticulous facial plastic surgeon. I look so refreshed, and young. It really took away my jowls, pulled my neck up and made me feel beautiful after I lost 240lbs after my breast cancer. He is an outstanding human and surgeon. If you need a nose job, face lift, neck lift-facial plastics this is your guy. I have been an RN for almost 3 decades, I would trust no one else.

My experience with Dr. McElwee and MPS staff has been top notch. My questions and concerns have been addressed in every step of the process, from my initial consult to follow up visits. Dr. McElwee is available to answer questions; you can text him and he will respond - which we all know that there are not many doctors that will do that. I went in for a rhinoplasty, septoplasty and added a chin implant. I am very pleased with the results. I did not want a dramatic change, just a better version of my natural self and that is exactly what I received. The highlight of this process is that not only does my profile look better I can breathe better as well. I highly recommend Dr. McElwee - he is building a reputation for his patient centric approach and commitment to excellence.

I have zero doubts God led me to not only the best surgeon possible for my breast reduction, but also the greatest and most caring team ever along with him. I first want to thank Dr. Tuan Truong who got me exactly where I wanted to be and through his expertise and gentle professionally, granted me beautiful, amazing, life changing results that have not only allowed a smooth, hassle-free recovery due to his gifted hands, but also provided results beyond my dreams and expectations. Even this review is not thanks enough, but now that I know him, the least I can do is send him more clientele and annoy him with visits of gratitude now and again, but THANK YOU ANYWAY DR. I also want to give a heck ton of credit to his team and all of the other staff of this location, who were so kind and considerate from start to finish. Though I was well researched on what I wanted, there are always those last minute anxieties and questions that come about, and everyone was so sweet in their reassurance and bedside manner. Miss Yesenia at the front desk was always helpful on answering my questions and following up with me to ensure I was fully prepared on the day of. Dr. Robby, my anesthesiologist, alongside Sandy, obviously delivered on my biggest concern of bringing me back haha but he was so stoic and to the point prior to putting me under that I was at ease just by his impression. Jordan was quick yet informative in getting all the necessary signatures beforehand and providing lighthearted stories. I have nothing but heartfelt gratitude to Mikaila, Issabelle, Jennifer and ESPECIALLY Carmen, who was so very nice while I was coming to. Everything from getting snacks and juice for me, a much needed foot massage when I noted where I had some pain, helping me gain my footing, and never showing an ounce of apprehension. I'll never forget her gentle laugh, when she noted to the other staff "aww look, she's singing!" along to Still Into You by Paramore that was serendipitously playing while I woke up. (One of my favorites! Doesn't matter if they didn't know, God was totally involved in every step.) Carmen, you were EXACTLY what the doctor ordered in every way. Though you work with many, I hope you know I'll personally never forget you and your kindness.
