I bought $300 worth of credits a few years ago and I called to make a appointment for them to tell me my credit is no longer available due to ownership change. The lady on the phone was not helpful at all. However I received a call from the owner Ramin and he was so friendly and helpful. He told me he went through the books and found my payment information that was three years ago and would be happy to honor it. This is what I call great customer service and going above and beyond for your clients. Thank you Ramin!

My husband and me had Hydrafacial with Tyler and I believe it’s one of the best hydra facial we have had so far. Tyler was friendly and skillful. She explained well and did all steps well-detailed. I have been with this office for more than 5 years. They often offer promotion packages. It’s one of my favorite facial spas.

I absolutely love this place. They always have great deals and every one is so nice. I’ve been going here to get my Microneedling done for a couple years now and I can honestly say it has been life changing for me. For someone that suffered from severe cystic acne, this place has continued to keep my skin looking flawless. It feels nice getting compliments on my skin from people and it’s honestly from this amazing place and staff. Tyler always does a great job when she does my microneedling, so painless . I highly recommend her .

I am a long time client at Metropolitan Med Spa. I’d like their service and treatment package they offer. In the past few months, I received service from Tyler W. She is very professional and skillful. Highly recommend her if you come for treatment. Tyler is honest about the treatment types, what it can or cannot help your skin.

Katia is the best. I was nervous about fillers, but tired of the lines above my lips and my “resting b*tchy face”. She explained everything, and seemed to know exactly what I wanted, because the results were natural and subtle, but perfect. -editing to add: Katia is also an RN, and she had a nurse practitioner speak with me on conference call before the procedure. I’m an RN, too, so this made me feel very safe. If you’ve been putting it off, I say go for it.

Terrible experience! The entire micro needling service was less than 10 minutes. I feel like clients definitely don’t get their moneys worth here for the amount they pay. To top it all off they “clean” the face before treatment with a gross baby wipe and didn’t do any actual cleansing to prep before. Additionally, they had no retail products for post home-care nor did they put any sort of spf on afterwards. Staff needs to be retrained they are very inexperienced and unprofessional. Definitely won’t be recommending to anyone. ***This is not a fake review I prefer not to disclose my personal information!

I have been using metropolitan for a couple of years and I am going to keep using them and you can walk away if you want but I'm not. Things change in life so figure it out

Management has changed and is now completely unorganized, still have credits and was told I have none left. After management already told me otherwise, miss the old staff and injectors. Sad that such a nice place has lost it's touch. Never coming back here again and they can have my unused credits.

I went to this medical spa for treatment, I was very pleased bought extra units. The company shut down due to covid still trying to reach someone no luck .Can someone give me informati. on on the company or new location. Thanks
