Wonderful and caring doctor I travel from out of state to see him

Dr. Lewitton was so easy to talk to. He explained all my options regarding my kidney stone. He listened to my concerns and expedited my treatment. His office staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. I felt very well cared for all around!!

Dr. Lewitton modified my scheduled procedure to minimize my risks even though the modification reduced his fees substantially. This is the kind of doctor you want to work with.

I can't say enough about Dr. Lewitton. He's responsive, he listens, he's cool, he explains everything in English, and he talks to you like a person rather than a patient. And, it goes without saying, he's at the very top of the professional/medical knowledge pyramid. If you want a doctor you can trust without so much as a second thought, someone in whose every word you can place total confidence, this is your guy.

You cannot ask for a better doctor with awesome bed side manners

Dr. Lewitton took the time, effort and concern with me. Prostate cancer even in its early stages can still be scary for patient that doesn’t have any education in this area. Dr. Lewitton explained everything to me in a way that I understood. He took extra time to be certain I understood my options. Where another doctor had seen a concern with my recent MRI with what they thought could be a problem, he did not. When the pathology report came back, Dr. Lewitton was absolutely correct. My tumor was benign. For anybody that’s reading this that has high PSA numbers and wants the best medical care possible, Michael Lewitton, exceeded my expectations. I traveled over 1200 miles to be in his care.

I've seen Dr. Lewitton many times. After being taken into the examination room, I waited 45 min to see him most times. Most recently, he walked in as I was walking out after 50 minutes. Dr. Lewitton has a sense of humor, which is ok at times but can also be completely inappropriate. For example, after asking what my wife did for a living and having assessed her job as an impressive one, Dr. Lewitton recommended that the remedy for my struggling marriage and low libido was to "just go home this afternoon and have sex with [your] wife." He made this remark on more than one occasion. I struggle with anxiety, and I felt that Dr. Lewitton had a difficult time (not his fault) interacting with me or understanding my overall situation in this context. Overall, Dr. Lewitton's medical treatment plan worked out fine for me, with the caveat being that I was prescribed two injections and was never given any instruction on what needles to use or how to inject myself. I had to figure that out on my own via Youtube.
