Dr. Pan seems to be a great guy, but his staff is dismal at best. I scheduled an appointment for a procedure multiple weeks out through his office only to be called by staff to cancel the procedure less than 70 hours out due to them scheduling me at a facility where the procedure could not be completed. The poor communication from the staff cost me vacation time and money. With the MyChart app there is no excuses for this. It really doesn’t matter how good the doctor is if the staff can’t schedule appointments appropriately.
