Slow acting to provide care after hospitalization. Doctor has yet to contact patient regarding STAGE 4 CANCER biopsy results. Patient found out via My Chart 7 days after doctor received biopsy report. UNACCEPTABLE

I appreciate the level of care and concern and effort the office staff had and went through for me. Dr Bajwa was very considerate and transparent and professional in communicating and I greatly appreciate that.

From about 2018 to 2020, I struggled with coughing and bouts of bronchitis. I went to urgent care or the ER a lot. The final straw came when I was hospitalized for mycoplasma and low oxygen levels. Dr. Bajwa was one of the doctors caring for me during my hospital stay. He suggested that I get PFTs and other tests done. A few months later, I was put on a the proper inhaler treatment and asthma was brought under control. No bronchitis or bad asthma attacks since I started using the inhalers. I seldom use my nebulizer. Before I started using the inhalers, I would use my nebulizer on a daily basis.

Dr Bajwa, and his staff are great im a new patient with end stage emphysema and being treated as if I've been his patient from the start .Very happy with the care I'm getting .

HORRIBLE ! I called on Thursday morning Dr. Bajwa's office to schedule for appointment due to acute bronchitis. I left a message and my call was returned by the end of the day. Dr. Bajwa's representative asked for referral, which was already provided by my PCP. I also explained that since I have a PPO I do not need a referral to schedule an appoitment. Her response was that she need to preauthorize with my insurance company before she could make an appoitment and would call back. By Monday 1:00pm nobody had contacted me. I called on Monday and after talking few minutes with representative the line went dead. I received a call later that no appoitments could be made since the system is down and all what I got was an apology Later on the same day I got another call and when I was asking why does it take 3 days to make an appoitment? I was told that it is my demeanor what is causing that. I was having a professional conversation when in the middle of my centence I was very rudely interrupted and the last thing what the representative said was: "OMG I am going to terminate this phone call". Being a patient who is is pain, having difficulties to breathe, having an acute infection and who is seeking help and trying to make an appoitment for the last 3 day for Dr.Bajwa, it is beyond my comprehension why I was treated in this way and why this is allowed to happen? I have contacted my BCBS PPO insurance company to file a formal complain of this practice not being compliant with the terms of the insurance policy as well as filing a formal complaint for Texas Medica Board.

zero stars. Dr Bajwa is okay, but the staff is horrible. No compassion for patients and what they may be experiencing heath wise. Return phone calls are non-existant and when you call back wondering why your call was not returned you receive attitude from the staff. I have been waiting since December 16 for a call back regarding results. This entire clinic needs to attend customer service training.
