Please reconsider being in family medicine. You were terrible to my 4 year old son. His arm was broken and you were quite rude because he was crying.

You told my 4 year old who had 2 broken bones to be quiet and stop crying because you couldn’t hear. You have no tact or compassion. Please stay far away from peds and family medicine. Awful visit.
