This review ONLY refers to front office and ancillary staff. Arrived 20 minutes prior to appointment. Checked in with receptionist who seemed very flustered. After 40 minutes being there and no response, I asked how long it would be. That simple question was overwhelming to the receptionist. She finally came back and said it would be at least another 40 minutes. I was finally put in a room and could hear the MD going into exam rooms apologizing for being late. Sat in the exam room for another 20 minutes with no interaction from personnel. Left without seeing MD. If MD is running late, personnel should have notified patients in advance and let them be aware of the delay instead of no communication. Took day off to schedule this appointment.

I was scheduled with her by mistake She is a Urologist with specialty in kidney surgery and I needed a kidney Dr I have never met anyone so caring and detailed and eager to help as her and her staff specially lady name Ashley. I strongly suggest her as not only she is an Excellent Doctor /surgeon She is a great human.

Dr. Morgan is professional and knowledgable. She was responsive to my concerns and pain. She called me several times regarding CT scan results and follow up on messages about pain. It is unclear if it is her or her assistants, but follow up on some messages is slow and scheduling can be difficult. Multiple messages must be left on occasion to get a response.

Dr. Morgan performed surgery to remove one of kidneys and an attached mass late last year. Dr. Morgan was great through every step of the process, from diagnosis to removal.

Excellent experience with Dr. Morgan. Was referred by a person who had a similar diagnosis as mine with a successful surgical outcome, I chose Dr. Morgan who was out of my network doctors. Over 14 months, various tests were run and Dr. Morgan kept in touch with me and my network PC via phone and email. She answered my questions, spent time explaining our plans to my husband and adult children. My procedure was successful and her interaction with my family members was wonderful. June 2018
