This is my third time visiting this ER, and every single time the staff has been incredibly helpful. During my most recent visit, I noticed it was much busier than the last two times, but that didn’t stop the team from providing great care. The front desk staff, Gaby and Brianna, were especially helpful from check-in to check-out. They made the process smooth and reassuring. The nurse and ER tech, Dusty, were also amazing. Even with so many patients, they consistently checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received. Their marketing advertises zero wait times. I waited for 4 hours and ultimately left. Beyond that the technician Rebecca was horrid (though the rest of the team was kind). She turned her back multiple times during conversation and walked away mid-sentence. Absolutely unprofessional behavior in a profession that requires care and consideration.

Arrived at 6am on a Sunday and doors were locked and staff wasn't present. I called twice - first time a nurse picked up and mubled something, when I said I couldn't hear she hung up. I immediately called back and someone picked up and hung up immediately.

The entire staff was extremely kind. Brianna was very patient with me as explained the accident. Patricia was polite and helpful. Pablo was very informative and kind. Dusty was professional and comforting. The wait was not long at all. I walked in concerned and a nervous. Left out with clarity and reassurance. 10/10 recommend.
