Unwillingly & unable to provide a script even after a $432 consultation .. I was told i needed to make another appointment so that he could fill this for me since I hadn't discussed it on my previous visit.(The script might not have been mentioned but I show and we talked about all of my symptoms ) the least he could have done was fill the script .. it’s pretty much a slap in the face when you’re out on vacation , it takes a minute to pull my chart. Never have I had a urologist turn me away like this , I’ve gone ahead and canceled my surgeries and will be booking else where! Quality over quantity.

Dr. Aghazadeh, a great doctor. He diagnosed my bladder cancer and was quick to provide surgical procedures, and treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Aghazadeh if you're having any urological problems.

Dr. Monty discussed my treatment options with me in detail and together we chose my treatment plan. My experience with Dr. Monty, clinic/hospital staff and the nurses at Houston Methodist West was exceptional. I was treated with care and respect; I felt confident in their abilities in regards to my surgery and recovery. I want to give a shout out to all the nurses that took such good care of me - thank you!

He was very informative and patient with my elderly Mother who is 82 and loves to talk. He listened to her stories and was very detailed in his explanation of what he sees in the CT Scan and previous doctors notes and honest about her having a number of procedures as the cancer is very aggressive and pushing up against other vital organs

My experience is that I am still with pain after 1yr of a vasectomy, from Nov. 17 to now Dec. 18 I carry a pain throbbing from pelvic to testicles. I felt 3 similar but more intense pulls during the procedure, which almost made me faint and it was as if this didn’t happen. I don’t think I would trust this doctor to do any other procedure on anyone I know. I carry my cross because I did not wait for the doctor I had called and rather settled for this doctor who had an appointment available. I figured it was a reputable office and a simple vasectomy, well I am still dealing with that bad choice. Methodist urology associated is only a name, it doesn’t mean experienced doctors, Friendly guy and all, but would not visit professionally.
