Todo el staff fue muy amable y atento, El Dr Morales tambien fue muy atento y cuidadoso. Mi recuperación fue muy rápido. Yo estaba muy entusiasmada con mi aumento de busto asta que empecé a notar que un lado me quedo más arriba y se ven diferentes, yo le dejé saber al doctor y me revisó y me dijo que era por que tenía más tejido en un seno que el otro ☹️ pero lo extraño es que mientras pasaba el proceso de sanar se notaba más y más, ahora en lugar de estar emocionada me da vergüenza mostrar escotes por que se nota la diferencia además que perdí toda la sensibilidad en el lado que me quedo más arriba, no entiendo como paso ya que el Dr Morales me midió antes y no se como no se dieron cuenta de esto? Veo otras chicas como se ven hermosas con sus implantes y recomendando a su Dr, pero yo ahora me siento asta con depresión por que me costo mucho juntar el dinero para mi operación ($8,000) y los resultados no fueron los que me hubieran gustado. El Dr. Morales es muy lindo al igual que su equipo me hicieron sentir tranquila y confié totalmente en ellos y mas por que leí que era uno de los mejores cirujanos de Houston y eso me iso sentir más segura…. No se que paso….😞

I love Dr. Morales. He has been my doctor for years. And i always go back to him. He is super transparent, and detailed oriented, his work is quality work. If something doesn't work for your body he will say it straight up and he always tells me what to expect!!

I am so impressed with the breast augmentation I got done . Dr. Morales and his staff have been si amazing through out thid whole process. I definitely recommend Dr. Morales . My breasts look amazing !! Pictures will come soon.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Morales and his staff. From the initial consultation to my final post op appointment, the level of care and expertise was fantastic. My surgery results were above perfection, and I love how Dr. Morales, listened to me and did exactly what I visioned. I went to 5 different consults and never felt comfortable booking the surgery until I was referred to Dr. Morales. During my consult, I scheduled surgery. The key factors for me were the communication with Dr. Morales, the surgery inclusions that I felt were signification; pre & post-surgery supplements that promote healing, after care nurse coming to my house the day after surgery, the post-surgery vitamin IV also promoting healing, the provided garments and the scar care. All of which helped speed up the healing process. I highly recommend Dr. Morales!!!!!

Dr. Morales and his team are so professional, and at the same time, very down to earth and approachable!

It saddens me to leave this review because I looked at Dr. Morales as a friend. I was very satisfied with my breast job. He corrected my belly button which I expressed concern with at my post-op apt. He blew it off.. I let it go for a few weeks and to be honest, the appearance is horrible. It looked 100 Xs better prior. Not knowing at all what my options could be, I asked for other solutions (willing to pay). Getting in contact with anybody was incredibly difficult. I reached out to morales directly again to express my concern, which is not an easy thing to do to begin with, in which I was shocked how aggressive and honestly how rude he was. When he finally got offered a resolution, I could not even get anyone to schedule it. I went elsewhere for the service of course. I got asked to leave a review, so instead I reached out to let him know how disappointed I was in the professionalism and communication of his team, which he then went off the handle. I cant fathom how any surgeon could react the way he did with a vulnerable patient expressing concern. He acted as if I was blaming him or calling him a terrible surgeon, which of course I never did either. Literally all I wanted was guidance on what steps I could take to rectify the appearance of my stomach and belly button. I am not sure what this man has been through to react the way he did. But as a surgeon, he needs to realize that patients who come to him obviously have an insecurity and it is his job to be professional, kind and guide his patience in the right direction, which he did none of the above. He 100% took my insecurities and turned it into a critism attack, I am truly flabbergasted by his behavior and unwillingness to help. Luckily, I have found a surgeon who seems to care more about my very valid concerns than her own ego and is willing to guide me and correct what he did.

I paid a deposit for a breast augmentation but had to cancel, due to unfortunate events. I planned to reschedule and still wanted my consultation, but they canceled it without telling me. I only found out when I arrived, which was frustrating after driving into the city. The front desk staff was defensive for no reason. That was enough for me to decide not to book with them again. I can’t speak on the surgeon’s work, but good customer service matters. If they can’t handle scheduling or treat patients with respect, I won’t trust them with my surgery. I got my deposit refunded and I will be going somewhere else.
