I have been a patient off and on for at least 10 years. Dr. Yerramadha is very knowledgeable and helpful with many areas. He will always help you understand a little bit about what's going on before performing or prescribing anything, and that's very reassuring with medical related issues. Excellent Doctor-patient communication. Also, the staff is pretty great too.

TERRIBLE SERVICE WHEN NEEDING RESULTS!!!! I gave this place 1 star, only because Dr. Yerramadha is a wonderful doctor. My problem was not with the doctor or the service that he provided. My problem is the way things are handled in the office. First of all, you can only schedule appointments through a 1-800 number. When I called the 1-800 number I asked to speak to someone at the location that I saw the doctor at and they can only take a message to have someone call me back. I called back 6 hours later, 30 minutes before they closed and the person I spoke with said it could take up to 72 hours to receive a return call. I asked if I could go pick up my results from the doctor's office where I was seen and she did not know if I could or not. I have been waiting on my results from an ultrasound I took on Tuesday. The results have been received by the clinic as of yesterday morning, but I have not received a call back as of yet. I'm currently on hold and have been for 48 minutes trying to reach someone at the 1-800 number. There has to be a better way for patients to receive their results and to be able to take to the doctor they saw or at the very least be able to talk to someone at the location you were seen at. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

I'm a patient of Dr. Yerramadha. He takes his time. Doesn't rush at all. Answer all my question. If I need a appointment that day by chance they try there best to fit me in there schedule. There office staff is so friendly..

Until a few days ago I truly thought this doctor cared about me as a patient. I have been honest with him, I've provided medical records from other doctors showing my condition and medicine, I've even broken down trying to explain how much I want to get better and move forward from this but somehow at the end of it all I feel Ashamed to even ask for help anymore. All I can do is push forward and not trust any doctor truly cares anymore. And even with all this, I'd still give him a good rating.
