She is the reason I will not be returning to Kelsey. Judgmental, unprofessional remarks and facial expressions, did not educate me on a concern or thoroughly listen to my concern. I had been going to Kelsey for 3-4 years and never had a bad experience. Called after my visit to speak with a supervisor and ended up speaking with one of her nurses who was rude, cut me off when I asked to speak with a supervisor and intentionally disconnected the call.

Dr. Mbride was great - thorough, patient and a good listener. She took time to answer my questions and helped me to understand the reason for her recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

I had a very positive first visit with Dr. Mbride for a follow-up to a hospital visit. Besides being very personable, she was a good listener and asked many questions about my time in the hospital. She also answered all of my questions about my hospitalization and gave me some information about how to proceed going forward encouraging me to keep my appointments with 3 other specialists. She gave me good background information about my overall heath and told me some information that I had never heard before. I certainly will ask for her again if I need a doctor with her expertise.
