Do not go to Neumed Heights for a physical. I called to schedule an appointment and was told they accept my insurance. Halfway through the exam I found out Nuemed does not accept insurance for physicals. Bait and switch.

Do not be seen by Larry Ong. He misread my lab results and told me I had a serious infection. I had the results reinterpreted by someone else, who confirmed I did not have that infection at all. He later called to follow up on treatment and argued with me that I had an infection and never apologized.

I am so happy to have found NeuMed, there was parking available, the receptionist was so kind and helpful & Nurse Andrew listened and helped with all my questions about my daughter’s asthma (thank you All). I will be back when urgent care is needed. Also, kind of a strange side note…..it smelled amazing in there.

Amazing experience all around, but the real MVP was the front desk receptionist. She was warm, welcoming, and set the tone for the entire visit right from the start. Front desk staff are so often overlooked, but she truly deserves recognition for how positive and professional she was. The nurse and doctor were amazing too, but that first interaction at the front desk made all the difference. Highly recommend this urgent care!
