Fatima checked me in immediately, no waiting at all. Irenice took my vitals quickly and made everything feel smooth and easy. I had to get multiple injections, and I’m honestly a bit of a wuss with needles, but she made it a great experience. Ashley, the nurse practitioner, was incredible, better than any doctor I’ve seen. She really listens and focuses on making sure all my symptoms are addressed before I leave. She always comes up with a solid plan to get me feeling better. I’m truly grateful for this entire team.

I had a great experience from walking in and being greeted by Fatima. Being called back and Grace was very welcoming and answered all my questions. Cassandra is very knowledgeable and helps with all my issues and concerns for all areas of my pain. This facility is such a great help with my health. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

I love coming to Neumed for IV transfusions, and come so often that I have also ended up coming for an Urgent Care visit when I had strep. All of the staff is great and so caring and friendly. Fatima, Irenice, and Larry provide exceptional care and make the experience relaxing and smooth.

Have been going here for a couple months now for B12 and D3 injections and have been feeling some of the benefits already! The staff are all very welcoming and accommodating and every visit has been great so far. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve had a great experience with New Med. Mow at the front desk is exceptional—she goes out of her way to help me every time I come in and always makes the visit smooth and welcoming. The RNs are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind, which makes a big difference. The facility is also clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
