Husband and wife... Bad Botox Bad etiquette Bad beside manner Bad treatment administration I didnt like any of the treatments
Definitely not the experience I was looking for. Went in January for a Botox injections. One of the “trainees” doing the injections struggled 4 times to inject, yet Adam still did not intervene. The next day my eye was closed. I called, the receptionist said they would return my call, never did. I called the next day same thing. Finally Adam returned my call and said he would send over a prescription and that it has never happened before, from some recent reviews it seems it has. Well he sent in the prescription for glaucoma and blamed the pharmacy, then he sent in the correct one under the wrong last name and told me I was giving them the wrong birth date. Very helpful staff when it comes to collecting payment, truly unhelpful and not even apologetic for their negligence. Til this day my still gets lazy here and there. Edit: Based on their feedback seems like I need to upload the prescription and screenshots of their replies. Seems like they need to be reported to the board.
I almost want to cry. I went to Miami and paid thousands to get a PET lift with Dr De Souza and came back in so much pain and an asymmetrical look to my face as well as a protruding jaw muscle bc of improper Botox inj. Adam at New You was recommended for correction and I cant sing his praises enough. He is a master injector and literally changed my look and took away so much pain before I even left the office. I will only go to Adam from now on!
Very bad customer service! Lots of turnover. Was promised a price next time I came and when I called to make my appointment I was told that they couldn’t honor that and that the injector as well as his wife who worked at the place and checked me out as well as promised me the same price next time, are no longer there. Be aware. In response to the owner. This was at the Fannin location. I was never late or missed an appointment. I was even told by the owner last time I went in August that they had moved to a different building and had issues with Roberto who worked for them. Yesterday Rachel told me that Andrew who injected me last time was no longer there as well as his wife. They were the ones that said without my asking that they honor the Groupon price twice. Yesterday would have been the second time. They did not honor it as promised so yes that is bad customer service. All good, I went somewhere else and got what was promised to me there! .
I'll just let my picture do the talking... Freaking fantastic! Adam is a wizard, Go There!
The front desk lady was friendly and helpful when I booked my appointment. The contracts you sign and paperwork needed are all detailed and thorough with side effects/ what to expect from them as well as what to expect from whichever treatment you receive. The check in process was seamless, I only provided my name and was directed to the waiting area where I waited no more than 5 minutes before Andrew came out. This was my first time getting services and I was thankful for the wonderful experience Andrew provided. He eased my nerves and answered every question I had. The process was so painless because he’s mastered his technique, no numbing needed! He even gave me a card with aftercare instructions which I was thankful for because I had no idea what to expect. It’s day 3 and I already see amazing results… I can’t wait for the full week to pass so I can see the final results!! Thank you all.
Great experience!
I've been there many times and will continue!
I love Dr. Roberto. He has great chair side manners. And Veronica at the front is the absolute best. I encourage anyone looking to get this or any service get and do research, because a doctor can help with aesthetics but they are not miracle workers. Also there is free parking and if you like having your procedures done discreetly. They make appts so you don’t see anyone else.
I waited a while before I decided to write a review. I always like to give people the benefit of doubt. I found this med spa via Groupon. Went there on several occasions but each time felt like something was not 100% right. My Botox dissolved very quickly in both lip & jaw. I had filler done in my lips & around my mouth. Lip filler dissolved twice in a matter of 2 weeks and around the mouth I had random swelling for months. I discussed and addressed all concerned. I'd say, I'm a very chill person. So I don't necessarily like to provoke issues. After my last filler I contacted the office, which again I was hesitant to do- I'm not a complainer by nature.. but when you pay money for something you want to see results, right ? So they asked me to come in, which I did. Dr. offered to fix the issue, which sounds great, right ? That conversation occurred in January. I was told he would get a different product for me and told me to call in two weeks. I did exactly that. I was told the product hadn't arrived. Let's just say I have been calling for the past two plus months of seeing him and I am still waiting for this product to arrive. Last conversation with the receptionist which was about 3 weeks ago was quite sarcastic. I have been doing fillers for years in Los Angeles and was being hopeful to find someone reliable here in Houston... but I suppose that's not happening here. It's possible that fillers are old or watered down. It makes no sense that they dissolve and completely disappear so fast. I know I'm not a super woman who can metabolize filler that fast. Best that people are aware. I suppose, the old saying of " you get what you pay for. " Is what happens here.. Spend the extra $$ elsewhere.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
