Good experience. They told us of wait times and gave us options. Everyone was friendly. And the care was good. They have a good handle on things. Sometimes the wait when we were checked in seemed long but not in comparison to other places. I really shouldn't complain about that because it wasn't long at at all and they seemed pretty thorough with everything. 5 🌟 good care

The 2 front desk staff members are very nice and accommodating. Dr Anderson is also excellent. Took the time to do the Epley Maneuver

My visit was quick. I made a same day appointment. They scheduled me in within 2hrs. Arrived on time. They ready to see me immediately. My doctor had great bedside manners and the staff was very friendly. I'll be using them again for sure.

I don’t go to urgent care often, but when i do, nextlevel is always great! From the moment I walked in a, i had a pleasant experience. My provider, Clementine, gave me such good care. The other staff members were excellent as well!

Clementine and Christiana were very helpful with taking care of me. I cut my finger pretty bad and they were very gentle during the whole process of cleaning and bandaging up. Clementine, the doc, even gave me some ointment and bandages to take home with me so I wouldn’t have to buy any which was very nice and thoughtful. I highly recommend visiting next level!
