Our visit at Next Level Urgent Care Copperfield location was very smooth.. Vanessa F. our tech during the visit got us in the back immediately and assisted us through out the visit.. and Jahiderlyn D. NP our provider during the visit was thorough on the physical exam for my daughter. Awesome team work!

Wonderful people!! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The appointment was quick and efficient—I was in and out without feeling rushed at all. What really stood out was how thorough they were, taking the time to make sure everything was addressed. Ivan was especially amazing—he truly listens, shows genuine care, and makes you feel heard. That kind of attention makes all the difference. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for quality care and a smooth experience!
