Much like the review above, Dr. Thurmond was not interested in what I had to say as a new patient and was very condescending in her tone. Her bedside manner is lacking and doesn’t make me feel heard or taken care of as a patient. I was looking for a long term primary care physician and will not be choosing to see her again. She doesn’t explain her reasoning for what she wants to do and if you ask for clarification she gets defensive, which is unfortunate for a healthcare professional who’s job is to work with patients in this way.

Didn't seem to have any concern with what was going on, and was very dismissive & I left uneasy about my symptoms. I had to ask about the follow-up or when to anticipate feeling better, what to do if I feel worse, etc. She didn't provide information besides to take the prescription.

Appointment felt super rushed, really didn’t feel as though she paid much attention to what I was saying hence she kept suggesting things that I had already told her wouldn’t work for me. Very sarcastic and nonchalant.

My experience with Nicole and Kelsey Seybold, I refuse to even call her a doctor, was horrible. She was rude, uncaring and not helpful at all. She also charged nearly $600 for an office visit consult, which is absolutely ludicrous. Will not be going back to her for sure.

Rushes through the entire appointment and doesn't care to listen to you or explain anything. Just wanted to prescribe a bunch of medications.
