Dr. Pham is outstanding. More than 20 years ago, she made a diagnosis of a severely disabling condition that was preventing me from working, and which other doctors had missed, because she LISTENED. I think she is genuinely caring and immensely competent, as is her staff. I adore this doctor.

I see both Dr. Pham and Nurse Practitioner Mary Hernandez as needed. They both are always very attentive, thorough and never make me feel rushed. The office staff is always friendly and helpful as well! Super happy with this practice.

I have been seeing this doctor for years. I've always liked her a lot but I'm sad to report that something has changed. It's all but impossible to see her in person even if requested. You will be assigned to an assistant whose competency varies widely. They are forcing healthy patients to come in every 3 months instead of yearly. Of course that means three more office visit fees per year. The once friendly talkative doctor has been replaced by a sullen person who avoids all contact with patients and will not converse unless the meter is running. I can only assume that she has found herself in a position of needing more money. I called and asked for her to call me when she had time for a brief question, less than 2 minutes. Some office person called me back and said she was too busy for a phone call but she had time for a video appointment. Wow, has it really come to this? My experience has been that the personnel doing the billing are completely in the dark so you can expect to pay much more than necessary even with insurance. Dr. Pham, please seek professional help for this drastic personality change or retire.
