An hour before my appointment they tell me that my insurance no longer covers a general children’s check up and I have to cancel. Which, isn’t even correct. Whatever the case, obviously a bullet has been dodged

PULLED WRONG TEETH My son went in for a routine procedure to get a spacer. They pulled two of the wrong teeth - molars. This was due to an error in the office paperwork outlining which teeth the ortho directed. When I realized it and brought it up to the dentist they tried to cover up their mistake. Their mistake resulted in my son being traumatized and thousands in additional dental work over the last 2 years. Stay away, you deserve better.

Wonderful dentist who listens to patients. They gave effort to find a new fluoride that wasn't sticky. Dr.Tillman and fluoride gel for the win!!!

Dr. Tillman is absolutely wonderful! Her bedside manner is excellent—she treats the kids like her own and always makes them feel comfortable and cared for. She takes the time to explain everything clearly to both parents and children, which we really appreciate. We feel so lucky to have her. We love Dr. Tillman!

I recently took my child here, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. It was an emergency and they were able to see us the same day. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made both me and my little one feel totally at ease. Dr. Tillman was so thorough and patient with my husband and I, explaining everything in a way that really reassured us. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my child was comfortable, and I left feeling confident that this is a place we can trust for all future visits. I’d highly recommend them (and especially Dr. Tillman) to any parent looking for a caring and professional pediatric dental team!

0 stars if it was an option!!! Appointment scheduled six months in advance with the office calling the day of to cancel, yes I understand personal things happen but please have options available. This is the second time in a row this happens, parents have jobs, too so day of cancellations really don’t work!! Also Dr Tillman told us our daughter needed teeth pulled and the new ones would grow in right away, well it took 8 months so off there as well. Do NOT recommend this place whatsoever!
