My caregiver is Mariah and she is an angel. Not only is she my caregiver but she also is a true friend and listens and really cares about how you feel. I look forward to seeing her everyday everyday.

To begin, I called two weeks ago to inquire about employment. Unfortunately, I had to leave a message. My missed call was not returned so I decided to go by instead. Despite the down pouring rain, I jumped in my car and went to Omega Home Health. Once I arrived, remember it's pouring down raining outside, I try to go in. The door is locked and the receptionist ask through the intercom how can she help me. I stated I was there to inquire about employment and how to sign a patient up to receive care. The receptionist did not elect to let me in but instead chose to speak to me through the intercom. In the middle of whatever she was saying, I walked off. I don't want anyone from Omega Home Health to take care of my loved ones when they don't have enough compassion nor common sense to open the door for me in the pouring rain.
