Was seen quickly which is a positive, doctor came in and asked what I thought was wrong which is exactly what I was trying to figure out, checked just my throat, no stethoscope to check breathing, didn't look in nose or ears. She told me she thought it was the flu although i had no issues with breathing, no congestion, body aches, or sore throat. Results of those tests came back negative as I expected, then she asked if I wanted to get a strep test to which I declined and asked for antibiotics to which she asked me what antibiotics which I was hoping she would have had that answer. They tried to get me to sign a discharge paperwork which I did not because I feel the care I received for the $150 consult fee and then another $150 for the unnecessary test was quite inadequate. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a walk in clinic

Thats the first time Ive been checked into any health facility that fast! Tasha and Velinda the nurse were so kind and helpful, typically Im stuck in waiting rooms for over 2hrs but I was in and out from here in about 30 minutes. Thank yall!

DO NOT go to this urgent care. I brought my mother who was in so much pain and the young lady working the front desk was very unprofessional and another gentleman there was being very rude and both refused to help my mother. I asked for the manager and the young lady was laughing at me and refused to let me talk to the manager.
