I made a last-minute appointment for 10 o'clock. The shop was open on time and took me in immediately. Room was clean. Music was great. Masseuse Lesvy gave one of the best massages I've had. No rush, nice oil and hot stones. I'll be back.

I scheduled a last minute facial and was told they would be able to see me in 30 minutes so I scheduled the appointment. When I got there, the woman who would be giving me the facial pulled up at the same time, I thought it was odd but continued anyway. I could pretty much tell from the beginning that this was not going to be a very good facial. About the 15 minutes in I decided to opt for the quickest (and cheaper) facial so I could just get out of there. It took her 30 minutes to cleanse and exfoliate so I told her to move onto the steam and extractions because that's mostly why I go into a facial. I can cleanse and exfoliate at home for free! She lost time on the other and didn't have time for the extractions so I left with blackheads. She also focused more so on my forehead and hairline when I carry my blackheads heavily on my nose and chin, like most people. She used the same stinky washcloth each time she did a warm towel, which is gross. I know because it had a bad scent and she would put it back in the box each time she was done and pull it back out of the box each time she needed it. She also used the same bowl to rinse the same towel out with every time, which defeats the purpose of cleaning skin, using dirty water. While I normally come out looking like a glazed doughnut, I came out opposite of that and I got none of the list of things that's was advertised with the facial. When I asked about the sign in the window advertising 20% off facials, they said birthday. Much to their surprise, it was my birthday so when I said, "great, I'll take it"they offered 10% off and not the 20% in writing in the window. I also saw the woman leaving after me so my conclusion is she's a friend, wife, owner, etc., that they called into help and not a licensed aesthetician. I won't be visiting any longer!

Booked a same day massage for me and my mother. Communication and performance was top tier. We expressed our concerns and both of the masseuses did a phenomenal job. My mom left booking her next appointment. Thank you Panacea

F$!?ng NIGHTMARE!!! Everything from to beginning to end. Visited here for first time would NEVER return here, here's why - the staff were completely unprofessional!! NO GLOVES! Never washed their hands, reused dirty towels, long long scratching nails with heavy dirt underneath!! my ears scratched and pulled when I had just pierced them and after asking and reminding to avoid my ear she continued to pull on them and put gross products all over them!! would NEVER EVER GO BACK OR EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! My skin feels so unbelievably gross and dirty save your skin and money and go somewhere else!! staff here and place overall is unsanitary like walking into lions mouth....RUN‼

Book a massage with Ronald! He is an absolute gem - extremely good at what he does. Every time I see him (which is monthly because his massages are so great), I leave Panacea feeling healed. He’s highly intuitive and listens to your body’s pain points. I can’t recommend him enough!

We should all be so grateful that Ron has decided to share his gifts with the Houston population. He could be anywhere in the world but he’s here in Houston with us. Amen. He is hands down, consistently (I’ve been going for years at this point) the BEST masseuse to do it in the city. Hands down. Hot girls don’t gatekeep, so I had to come and double check that my review is still up. It isn’t. So here we go again. I repeat, Ron is gifted from the Gods and we are blessed to have him share his talents with the city. Every time I see him, my body and all its aches thank me enthusiastically for it. He is meticulous, highly attuned to the body, and really takes his time with each section. Go and be blessed by Ron. 10/10!

Wife and I been here a few times and always feel amazing after the much needed massage. I’ve been to a few other massages places however this place is amazing and like this one best to be honest! The therapists are amazing and do an excellent job. We both felt a trillion times better after the massage we both received today. Very nice staff, place is very clean. If you are past due for some good quality pampering and being spoiled, this is the place and we highly recommend it. This is our 2nd time here and definitely will return soon!

In the beginning I had two shoulders that became locked in place. The pain was excruciating. Physical therapy didnt help, acupuncture didnt help. I met Victoria and requested a basic Swedish massage. This lady changed my life. Victoria has a passion for healing. It almost feels like she can feel my pain and know exactly the pressure that is appropriatr for relief. Most times her massages are very painful at first. But if you can breath thru the pain and let your body heal....YOU WILL FEEL BETTER! There is truly a method to the madness. Consistency is key...i was diagnosed with pinch nerve in my neck which affects my shoulder mobility. Without victoria id have no mobility. Paying for her services is like a utility bill for the body. You want to keep the lights on :)
