List of Patrick Hayes's Reviews
Dr. Hayes is a very good doctor but his front desk assistant never answers and never returns the calls when leaving a voice message. My husband and grandmother were his patients and they chose him because he speaks Spanish and is very tentative. Unfortunately they have to change doctors due to the incompetent of his staff. I understand if they are very busy but as a courtesy a replied even if is late is really appreciated. I had to call from a different number in order for her to answer and this makes me feel she is discriminating agains latinos.
Dr. Hayes takes the time to get to know the patient in order to understand the issues and concerns he/she has. His compassionate and caring nature ensures a thorough analysis of the patient's condition. He frequently suggest further steps the patient may take to improve health and is aware of updates in vaccination developments that are important. He is a fantastic physician I highly recommend him!
I have been a patient of Dr Patrick Hayes for approximately six years. Dr Hayes takes the time to listen to me discuss my ailments, asks questions and then gives me advice. If he deems it necessary, he recommends testing and/or specialists visits. I rate Dr Hayes among the best general practitioners.
Excellent
Doctor Hayes is a very good doctor. It is his office person Pam that is horrible. She is very rude, and lazy. No customer service skill at all. I called 2 times and left messages but never received a call back. When I called for the 3rd times she finally picked up the phone indicating that she was busy to get back with me. Phone calls were made within 36 hours. It is an annual enrollment so it was very important. All I needed to know if they accept 3 different insurance companies. Her response was I cannot help you to give you the information, and neither will doctor Hayes. This is how I was treated after 6 years of relationship. Good bye. He will lose customers this way.
Dr. Hayes is a very good doctor. Pam is secretary is wonderful
Dr. Hayes is great. He really listens and takes a detailed history. It is his receptionist, Pam, you must watch out for. On my first visit she charged me $100 when I should have only been charged a $30 copay. I called my insurance company and they called Pam to explain my benefits. That should not have been necessary because copays are listed on the insurance card. And then on my second visit she tried to collect $60 from me! No ma’am Pam! She refunded $40 to my card instead of collecting the $60 she just asked me for. That is admission of guilt, incompetence, or both. Go see Dr. Hayes, just watch your wallet.
First visit, good stuff!!
I took my mom to Dr. Hayes today and we are so pleased with him. He is very nice and patient. He took time to read your history before he came to your office and give very considerate and thourough exam/suggestions to us. Both of us are very happy and would recommend to my friends and family.
Doctor Hayes is very nice and thourough. He spent time to go through all my mom's previous results and spent a lot of time asking and checking. We were not very happy with previous doctor on her confusion guidance and impatient service but Doctor Hayes is on opposite whoreally cares the patient. I would recommend him to all my friends and family

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
