My dental service was exceptional at Pearl Dentistry. Dr Heidy Shay was excellent in her care and the whole service team including the reception people. I was able to get all the things I needed including a new crown and cleanings. Thanks for making my dental work not so painful as well. Appreciate everything you have done.

Excellent attitude. Wonderful caring people and I’m specially impressed with Doctor Heidi Shay. Wonderful with patients and her team, very kind, and very knowledgeable.. this was my first visit, but she’ll be my dentist for life..🙏🫶

Do not go there. All they care about is taking every dime that they can take from you. Its disappointing. I’ve been going here little over a year and many times I felt like I was charged more than what I should have been. This time a paid attention!!! the week prior to my appointment they called to confirm my that I am going to be there. I agreed and asked the lady the phone this is only for a cleaning I don’t want anything else done. I show up, and they want to charge me more than my deductible… I asked why? They said it’s for the extra services… what extra services? I just want to get my teeth cleaned. The front desk lady agreed that she’ll remove the extra service and I said great thanks! Once they took me to the room they wanted X-ray I declined because I don’t want them nor can I have it because I am expecting. The manager “Nane” came in and asked me first how far a long I am which should not matter and then she says she needs a note from my OBGYN for the appointment. Confused I looked as we are talking about a cleaning! Nothing else!!! I went thru the hoops and got them the note only to find out that the Dr. would still have to do a diagnosis prior to deciding if I can get my teeth cleaned. This made no sense! I felt discriminated here! I asked Name if I can talk to the Dr. prior to the appointment and she said no! I told them to cancel! This practice is really not here to take care of their patient but to only get every nickel squeezed from you! All other dentist that I had did not need a XRays for an every visit or for a cleaning. They did it once a year and I would show up every three months. But this one apparently does it at every appointment. What changed in my teeth for the past 3 months? Nothing… Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this practice.
