Pediatric Dental Safari's Online Review Report Card

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my daughter here for her very first dental visit all the way until she turned 6. Yes the place is very "kid friendly" looking so I trusted them. When my daughter first went here she was not scared of dentists visits. Through the years every time we would go the dr would find something and give us a treatment plan that insurance would not fully cover. My daughter would always have cavaties and over time she got very afraid to go to the dentist. So then we would have to pay to have her be given laughing gas. The last time we went the dr said she again had cavaties, this time 3 or 4. My husband made a comment to me about how he didn't believe our daughter had cavaties and it just seems like they are trying to shake us down. So while on vacation we took our daughter to a dentist and guess what....they told us she didn't have any cavaties. So when we came back home I found another dentist and surprise they also said she didn't have any cavaties! Reading the other reviews it sounds like a common scam they are running telling parents their kids need all this work when they really don't. Pushing parents to put kids under to charge extra money. After spending a lot of money there feel scammed and would like a refund. Now my kid has silver teeth that she probably didn't need. Do not go to this dentist office if you love your children. All they did was traumatize my kid! And reading all the other similar reviews they are doing unnecessary work to over charge parents.

It was a great experience, they made it a fun experience for the kid . Really awesome place .

If I could rate 0 stars for this practice which is the complete opposite of patient - centered care in Dentistry I would due to horrible customer service and no value or consideration to the patient. My appts for both of my kids (that I took off work for) were cancelled with no prior notification (I received an appt confirmation message 2 hours before the appt) until when I arrived to the appt due to their inability to verify my insurance information which I provided multiple times prior to the appointment in addition to calling my insurance. I provided them my insurance information again while there for the appts and they refused to honor the scheduled appointments claiming that insurance verification "takes a while" although I'm confident they have a payer portal that can complete insurance verification with a click. I will take my children's dental care to a practice that puts patient's unique needs,values and preferences first vs the practice's financial gain as Pediatric Safari Dental does. Edit to respond to the business: I’m responding to clarify several inaccuracies in the owner’s reply. I provided my children’s insurance information multiple times prior to the appointment, received a confirmation two hours before arrival, and was never notified that the appointments would be canceled. When I arrived, I again provided the insurance information and was told verification “takes a while,” at which point the practice refused to honor the scheduled appointments. I did not refuse to cooperate; I had already contacted my insurance directly and confirmed coverage. If the practice was unable to verify insurance, that should have been communicated before confirming and allowing us to arrive for the appointments especially knowing time was taken off work and children were involved. My review reflects my experience with the office’s communication and customer service, which unfortunately was not patient-centered.

With four kids, two of whom are on the autism spectrum, we are incredibly grateful for the level of care, patience, and professionalism we receive at every visit. Dr. Kherani is outstanding! She is honest, gentle, and always upfront about treatment plans and costs, which gives us so much peace of mind. The dental assistants and hygienists are equally amazing, kind, attentive, and great at helping our kids feel comfortable and safe. The environment is fun, welcoming, and truly designed with kids in mind. Our children actually look forward to their appointments, which says everything about the clinic and its staff. Their experience, empathy, and consistency in providing top-notch care make Pediatric Dental Safari stand out above the rest. We’re so thankful to have found a team we trust wholeheartedly. Highly recommend to any family looking for exceptional pediatric dental care.

Dr. Damani is an amazing dentist, she takes the time to explain the rationale behind the treatment, and is always patient with the kids. The clinic is beautiful, with a forest theme. 100% recommend!

Love this place! They make my son feel loved and special! They are very transparent with the procedure and how much things will cost. My son 💙 this place he said 5 stars. Dr. K is amazing and very caring and compassionate.

We love this place. I only wish they opened on Saturdays. Please consider!

My visit vas amazing..Jennifer was very kind and professional with alot of patience with my child I really recommend this place and the doctor is very caring ..I feel rhat my child is in good hands
