I feel very obligated to write this review and save someone from getting to a worse place than he/she currently is at, save someone from wasting time and lastly from wasting money. I feel obligated to write this review to save some children. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE and of course it’s important to specify the therapist. It’s ANNA HOPE. Don’t take your children to Anna Hope. Don’t waste your child’s precious time. She won’t communicate with parents accordingly and she won’t be able to identify the issue even when she has lots of signs and symptoms front of her. She dragged us back. She wasted several months of our time which took my teenage child to a real bad and scary place. This office won’t even take responsibility for the poor work they have done. I talked to Dr. Boswell as she is one of the partners and described the situation to her in details. I requested a full refund as we spent lots of money for the lowest quality support Anna Hope provided to us. Anna doesn’t deserve to be paid even $1 cent for that poor service she provided. Dr. Boswell promised me that she would look into everything and would be in touch with me but this was a month ago and I have not heard from her whatsoever and definitely have not received a refund. Clearly they don’t understand how serious this matter is.
