Rajen Mehta does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
One of the best cardiologists I've come across. Patient, took the time to explain procedure, and willing to listen to my symptoms. Also, noticed issues other cardiologists missed!
Very good doctor
Very good listener, took extra time with me when I was very uncertain about my condition.
Great! Good listener and explains things well
A family member recently passed away. We were trying to make funeral arrangements out of state and needed her death certificate to be filled out in order to transfer her remains. An associate of Dr. Mehta had been the treating physician and was unfortunately on vacation at this time. Dr. Mehta had been contacted as the doctor on-call for assistance. When discussing this, Dr. Mehta was extremely RUDE and INSENSITIVE. He stated that the cardiologist doesn't do this and we should contact the PCP. We then asked for the PCP name, but were unable to understand, so we asked him to spell it, to which he rudely replied, "I'm only doing this once." Then, when asked if he had the PCP's number, he did not answer and simply said "I have to get back to my patients and hung up." Completely unbelieveable, NO COMPASSION
When we first met Dr Mehta back in 2011, being new to the Houston area, I believed he was a great doctor. My husband has continued to use Dr Mehta since because he is not great with transferring to another dr. I have used him a few times because he was convenient to our home. However, over the years, we have become more and more unsatisfied with the care we received through him and his office. His approach is to rush you through the office and throw some pills your way. He has disagreed with most things that have been suggested to him, even disagreeing with other physicians. And let’s not forget about the staff. They are rude and not at all accommodating to any of your concerns or needs. I had to call my primary care dr to get a refill of my blood pressure meds due to the fact that the office staff was no where to be found. Not only did I call multiple times leaving messages, so did my pharmacy. After about a week or two, I gave up. I am completely unsatisfied with this group.
Very good Dr, however rude and not very accommodating scheduling staff. I am sure I am not the only one to look for another cardiologist because of the sorry staff.
I called and asked to speak to Dr Kashani the girl who answered the phone said I can talk to a nurse the Dr's don't come up to the front desk I have been there and they do come up to the front desk I think it is unacceptable that you cant speak directly to the Dr especially when he put an implant in and I need tests

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
