List of Randall Morris's Reviews
Dr Morris, M.D. is absolutely the best of the best and grateful to be his patient for many years. His professional assistants are always warm, courteous, and friendly.
I had a very positive response from the team. The staff was very nice. Very professional. When I left, I had a very positive vibe. I couldn't have found a better staff. I would return if I had to.
When I first met Dr. Randall Morris he immediately ordered a heart catheter procedure on me to find what two previous cardiologists couldn’t find, or refused to look into. He found that a heart attack was imminent. Previous doctors just continued boosting my blood pressure meds. This week, Dr. Morris saved my life again when he passed me to Dr. Stuart Jacobson to perform a complex drilling process through a blocked artery in my heart. Dr. Morris was more concerned with my health than his ego or reputation. On a scale of one to ten, I give Dr. Randall Morris a twelve.
The worst place I've visited in my life. Employees do not even know the profession of doctors. I made an appointment for dr. Morris, I asked him if he took care of 13-year-old children and after confirming yes, they scheduled my appointment. After 1 hour and a half waiting for my daughter to be treated, a woman appears saying that the doctor only cares about adults. If I could set zero, I would, that site does not deserve even 1 star.
I had a nuclear stress test in 2016. Dr Morris nurse hurt me when she applied the iv in my left arm. She said I should be able to move my arm freely but I couldn't with it causing me immense pain. I told her about it and she laughed explaining it's nothing more than a thin piece of plastic and I was exaggerating. When I was almost finished, I was left in this machine that didn't allow for any movement. I'm extremely claustrophobic so I shouted out for someone to come and no one did for 10-15 min...too long. I couldn't leave fast enough! I was told I would receive a phone call telling me my results. When I didn't I called the office within a week. Same nurse said "see you in 6 months." No results, explanations, nothing! I went because it was highly recommended I see a Cardiologist. My PCP and I have been trying to obtain my records from Dr Morris' office since Jan 2018 but they have not provided them to date. It's now March 2019. I really liked Dr Morris but I would not recommend this office due to his less than friendly or helpful staff!

Dr Morris is an excellent cardiologist and has a great bedside manner
Waited in the lobby for over an hour while many people with appointments after me were seen before me. They forgot about me and the front desk receptionist absolutely did not care. Asked for a refund because they couldn't tell me how much longer it would be. I really need to see a cardiologist too. Very bad patient management. I do not know how Dr Morris is as a Dr unfortunately.
Staff is not helpful.
Blatant disregard for patients' time and concerns. He arrives late, is overbooked, has no time or desire to discuss issues. I showed up early for my appointment. The waiting room was packed with patients. Thirty minutes later the staff started calling patients back in rapid succession, loading the exam rooms. A few minutes later, doc waltzes in the back door. Seconds later, a female staff member came in the front door. Maybe they carpool... This is the third time I've seen him come in late

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
