Resurgence Med Spa's Online Review Report Card

I have been to this med spa quite a few times to get facials, laser genesis, as well as getting my lips done for the first time. I felt safe and comfortable in the hands of the esthetician and the nurse. Definitely will come back again :)

This place takes care of me. From weight loss shots to taking care of my skin needs. They are professional, accurate and extremely kind. Make the appointment! You won’t regret it!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA !! They will scam you on product & your money. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE !! I’ve had an upmost terrible experience with them & they over charged me and the Nurse Injector did not know how to inject sculptra all the product was dripping out of all the holes she made she obviously did not know what she was doing I can literally feel it and again I wasn’t aware until I visited somewhere else and it was such a different experience and I actually saw the results after. I trusted this spa for more on my 2 week follow up and saw no difference and was charge over 6k and yes this was before the new spa I visited so happy with my results with Vanessa Injects. The owner here is so unprofessional as far as how this was all handled she didn’t even bother to reach out after I submitted a claim. This place is money hungry and they don’t care to screw you over to take your money, Thank me later and take your business elsewhere and do your research so you know what to expect and how things should be done

I want to give Kimberly from Resurgence Spa a special shout out for all her extra time and effort she took to make sure I received a product that was back ordered on time. She communicated well, she was thorough on her follow ups to me and let me know the status of my order and any hiccups that occurred along the way. I also appreciate how she was creative with solutions when there was an issue all to make sure I was a happy customer. From the initial call I was very impressed with Resurgence, I spoke to Kimberly, she was very friendly, very helpful, and very knowledgeable regarding the products and services they provide. Kimberly was ready to assist to accommodate my schedule. I knew by this phone call, that this is where I needed to be. Upon arrival I met Kimberly, just as friendly and warm as she was on the phone. Then I met nurse Mirna, she was the sweetest, she was also very warm and welcoming. Nurse Mirna listened to my concerns, she did not make me feel rushed in anyway, she answered my questions, and she was very knowledgeable. She addressed each issue I had. The staff went above and beyond the call of expectation, and I am extremely happy . It is difficult to encounter customer service such as this in a doctors office /Spa anymore. Thank you Resurgence!
