Rhonda Jordan's Online Review Report Card

******* PLEASE READ********** If you are reading this please find yourself another PCP!! I’ve never had an experience from a doctors office so horrible. I could write a book but I’m trying to squeeze it all in this review. Beware, they have NO time management skills, I’ve waited over 2 hours for a virtual appointment after they called me to get ready for the online service. Which was at 10am , by the time she got to me it was almost noon. Moreover, this has happened several times. You call to make an appointment no one answer the call and then the automated phone service is trash it’s designed to kick you to the curb. And when you do reach someone after numerous calls Michelle answer the phone and don’t know nothing, so then she transferred me to Sonja and her answer service picks up every time, so you leave a message and your phone number, nobody never returned your call. Good luck getting your prescriptions filled my CVS pharmacy called me back to tell me he couldn’t reach them. After that the sleep diagnostic company call me and said they couldn’t reach Mrs. Jordan. I don’t know what’s going on but you’d probably do better at Ben Taub. I got out of the hospital in February and I’ve yet to receive anything I need that Dr. Jordan was supposed to be prescribed as stated by the hospital, power chair, transfer bench, or my home health service. I’ve talked to my insurance company and they said that she hadn’t sent them nothing. I told y’all I can write a book on this place but I refuse to continue wasting my precious time on a doctors office that doesn’t care about your well-being.

Takes a while to reach someone in the office That isn’t a recording. Problems with billing as well I known bills sent out.

Very unprofessional, they had plenty of time to let me know that they didn’t take my insurance, but decided to wait until I got to my appointment to let me know. I drove 30 minutes to be there, and all they could say was sorry. Very upset

I thought this was the best Doctor's office, until I needed something from them. This is ridiculous and unprofessional to say the least, It took me 7 months to get a referral, they never answer the phone and the new staff is incompetent. I took my son in for an appt. He seen the nurse practitioner so the prescription she prescribed was no good because she cant write prescriptions. it has been two weeks still no prescription. The office is over an hour away from me. I am so upset and frustrated, this office is getting worse!!!

This office is VERY unprofessional. I've settle going here for over 5 years because I try to keep the same doctor. The doctor is rude & likes to argue with patients instead of trying to resolve their problems. After this last appointment I will definitely be looking for a new doctor. Don't waste your time going to them.

We are disappointed with the doctor and office staff. Been calling there for days to get answers about my son which is a patient of hers. Office call back the patient maybe twice with no solution.

Everyone loves Dr. Jordan she is great! If you are looking for a doctor that is of color or female she is a great choice!

Had me wait 45 mins just to tell me that the could not see me because they were having a staff meeting. No I’m sorry, sent the little young Unprofessional girl to tell me. They were not having a staff meeting, they were having a baby shower. Beware!!!!!! Unprofessional. Tacky office they moved too. Def going downhill.

Dr. Jordan is amazing....she come in an say ok this what you need to do right to the point she knows what she talking about my Better half is doing so much better sense we have been going to her I wish I could give her 100% Thank you Dr. Jordon an your staff for all y'all do.....
