I’m very familiar with the med spa world and didn’t realized how much more I had to learn until I met Elle! Her knowledge and attention to detail is truly amazing. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you not only look amazing leaving the spa but also makes treatment plans and at home care extremely clear and easy to follow! Anywhere she goes, I follow!

I’ve been seeing Cassie for years and trust her fully with my face (which is saying a lot bc I only have one!). She’s professional, honest, and fun. I always leave my appointments feeling refreshed and more confident.

I had an amazing experience at this med spa getting lip fillers with Cassie! I’d tried fillers once before and wasn’t happy with the results, so I’d been hesitant to try again. After researching med spas for a while, I specifically wanted someone who specialized in natural-looking results with just half a syringe—and funny enough, ChatGPT kept recommending this place over and over! 😂 From start to finish, Cassie was incredible. The consultation was thorough, and she took the time to explain everything so I felt completely informed. She truly listened—what I hoped to achieve, what I wanted to avoid—and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. I’m absolutely in bliss with my new lips and can’t recommend Cassie or this med spa enough!

I’ve been a patient at RO Medspa for 10+ years and have worked explicitly with Cassie, who, within months of meeting her, I knew would likely be my go-to for many years to come. Not only was I impressed with her overall skillset, but I was intrigued that she was the first injector that pushed back on specific procedures that I would inquire about… It’s as if hearing her say “no” made me want to stay with her more. I appreciated that she would make me point out and explain my problem areas, and from there, she’d ask several questions about what I didn’t like about a specific feature and why. Over the years, I have used a variety of services, with the most recent being several rounds of laser genesis, and I was pleased with the results. Other services I’ve tried include Hydro facials (Chloe is AMAZING!), light chemical peels, Sculptra, Botox, B12 shots, Skinvive (can’t live without now), facial balancing, and next on my list is Emsculpt. I firmly believe that I would have NEVER achieved my overall facial balancing goals without RO Medspa and Cassie’s expertise and perfectionism! She has a unique skill set that I have always appreciated, and it’s why I'll never go anywhere else, not even for Botox. I believe results should be viewed as 80% injector and 20% products. You can buy your product anywhere, but if you don't have a Cassie (injector using lights, lasers, and a stool, yes a stool checking every angle of your face), you'll likely never fully be satisfied with your overall results! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They also have great monthly promotions on their services. Everyone who works here is always so nice and friendly, I definitely recommend coming here for any services!

This place is the best! Been coming for a while to do PRP and they are awesome! Very friendly, easy to work with and good with scheduling. Really enjoy this place!
