Best facial and one of the best massages. I love coming here every two weeks. Joyce and Rita they give me special attention. On my birthday I received free add-on how nice is that. I use membership benefit so I can save while getting pampered:)
Disclaimer notice, for anyone that chooses to get a facial with this business, they are hiring people without the proper education or knowledge. They caused me minor chemical burn in my eye and I’m suffering from permanent damage. The business is currently under investigation to prosecute. While under investigation while gathering information, it was concluded that they did NOT have a valid license with TDLR to do facials at the time of my service. Beware please. Thank you.
. . service was friendly and i liked my nails
I’ve been visiting Ron for years. He is truly the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend Ron! He highly skilled and kind as well. A true healer!
Rumor Has It Nail MedSpa is hands down the best! Sofia gave me an amazing pedicure with a relaxing massage, and Lexi did a flawless overlay with shellac. They both took their time and made sure everything was perfect, even though I was the last customer in the building. Their attention to detail and customer service are unmatched! I’m excited to follow them to their new location on Houston Ave. If you're looking for top-tier nail care, this is the place to go!
We scheduled our office Spa day this weekend. Party was for 15 of us and we wanted to experience their massage & facials. Booking party was so stress free. When we arrived at the spa we were greeted with a glass of wine and chocolate covered strawberries. They offer for all the parties complimentary they said. The best part was the smell of Vitamin C Cleanser they use from Image Skincare. The citrus smell was so amazing. My skin felt so refreshing and it was glowing (all me colleagues said that). We will definitely be back. Thanks for making our event memorable... So I decided to try GELX nail service and Vilinh did them so professionally. They look so natural. I will come back in 2 week for my nail service. I loved my pedicure with nail tech Olga. She is so detailed.
Unlicensed technicians performing facials using complex chemicals is a terrible idea, especially if they put it on and around the eyes...
Arha and I went for the retreat together and I fully agree with her. I had Lymphatic Massage, Max Facial, full face threading and GELX nails. I am so glad they offer so many services. We did not have to go anywhere else.
I booked my Facial and Massage and left so relaxed... Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Image skincare is my favorite now. I will definitely be back. Lexi and Lesvy were amazing. I heard Ronald is another great therapist.
Nail tech didn't speak English and couldn't understand what I needed. Results were a bad manicure and not the color I asked for. Massage was advertised on the salon wall for $80 but I was charged $120. Won't be back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
