Sacred heart urgent care is my first choice. Very friendly and they will get you in and out fast unless you have to wait for test results. Still I love it here.

Came here about a year and a half ago for myself during the morning and had a decent experience. I brought my 2 year old son in last night and it was not the same. The physician & nurse had terrible bedside manner with us parents. When asking questions they would interrupt, as if we were being too long winded. But we were trying to thoroughly answer the questions as asked, so we could get a proper assessment (being that my child is 2 and can not advocate for himself). At some point we just stopped talking because they seemed a little rude and sarcastic. I understand they see patients all day and have to answer what may seem like simple or silly questions, but it's very off putting to patients and their parents. I will say the diagnosis was proper, but please work on bedside manner if you're going to be caring for families during an urgent situation.

Beautiful facility. Clean and organized. Truly a one stop shop because I was able to have bloodwork, CT scan, and ultrasound within my short visit. Every health professional I encountered was knowledgeable, kind, and communicative. I will continue to use Sacred Heart.

I got right in. Went there because I knew they would have the equipment needed to diagnose my pain. Got the necessary CT scan, blood work done, and urine analysis. I was diagnosed quickly and given a prescription for the infection. Very efficient and knowledgeable doctor and staff. Thank you!

Español Excelente servicio. Médicos de gran calidad y una atención muy cordial. No sé si se debe a mi seguro, pero nunca he recibido ninguna factura. Inglés: Excellent service. High-quality doctors and very friendly care. I’m not sure if it’s because of my insurance, but I have never received a bill.
