Gracias
Im glad i could find a place where i could actually get help! Im diabetic, type 2 and Sandra explained to me with full details the procces of how does Diabetes works and destroys your organs if you dont take care of it while you can and the staff on Santias Medical Center in willobrook the service they offer to every patient is nice and quick they take real good care of you they answer al the question you might have and explain to you all the things you need to know, they treat you like if you where part of their family.
Excelente servicio y atención por parte de la enfermera Diana look y todo el personal que aquí labora
Sandra Hernandez has been helping me with Type 2 Diabetes. She is most kind, helpful and empathic. Diana Look, my PCP, is the same way and excellent in every part of her demeanor!
Horrible place. Appointment are a month out even if you need to be seen the same day o next day.
My doctor is fine, the nurse that did the intake was warm and friendly. BUT, it is incredibly difficult to get an appointment booked. And it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of the actual office and not the call center. The voice recording says they have a new online chat feature. NO ONE responds in the chat, and then they boot you because you’re, “inactive” while waiting for a response. Patients need a direct line (even if it’s a voicemail line) to their own practitioner’s offices. I am not giving any medical information or messages to a call center in India. Will be looking for a new practice and practitioner asap.
If you ever want to get an appointment good luck. It will take you two months anytime you call, in the beginning of the year, the middle of the year, the end of the year. It doesn't matter two moths for a appointment. When you do get there. Their staff will laugh at you when you are trying to fill out paperwork, trying to get your sick girlfriend into the clinic. Very unprofessional. Look for a different place to go.
Horrible experience. I had an appointment for 11:30 am and they made me wait for 1 hour in exam room. After 1 hour I asked how much longer it will take they didn’t know what to say. After a long pause they told me another 15-20 maybe ! Before that I had another bad experience when I left a message to the doctor and they told me that someone will contact me and they never did. After me calling every day they finally helped me out. Again horrible place, horrible service.
Horrible customer service, literally waited an hours just for them to tell me they can not help me remove a bandage. I missed my other appointments I had that day just because the nurses were laughing and talking in the hallways instead of doing there jobs. There was only 2 people in the waiting room, this is ridiculous.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
