I was the first patient right on time at 8:30am. Doc came 35mins late to check me. Wait time is so long.

I want to make clear that I have no personal issues with the doctor. II believe she does a good job. Unfortunately, my experience with the office management and billing department has been extremely disappointing. My credit card was charged without my approval for a balance that I had never properly received notice about. Even more concerning, the office mailed my billing information to an incorrect address, despite having my correct address on file. This raises serious concerns for me about how my personal and billing information was handled and whether it may have been received or seen by someone who was not authorized to receive it. I also had no record of phone calls or voicemails regarding the balance. When I raised these concerns with the office manager, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than properly investigated or resolved. What disappointed me most was that after I escalated the matter, I did not feel that the doctor or the practice took appropriate steps to protect or advocate for me as a patient. I am not refusing to pay a legitimate balance. I have always paid my medical bills responsibly when properly notified. My concern is how this situation was handled, the unauthorized card charge, the incorrect mailing of my information, and the lack of meaningful communication from the office. Good medical care is important, but so are patient privacy, responsible billing, transparency, and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in the administrative side of this practice. Matt Malek

Horrible Experience with Dr. Herman

Amazing! One ear was perfectly clean and clear. However, the other one was packed like layers of folded paper. Thank you Dr. Herman! It feels great to be back in balance!

This was a great experience. I did not have an appointment and they fit me in with a short wait time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Herman was friendly and courteous. I will definitely recommend SCENT to family and friends.

Thank You Dr. Herman and staff for the great patient care you guys offered me as a new patient to your office! Dr. Herman showed she cared and really listened to me by taking the time to listen thoroughly to my situation, medically inform me of a lot regarding what's going on with my nasal and sinus passages, and prescribe medicines to target my various allergy issues. In the office before seeing the doctor, Ms. Rhea took a CT scan of my nasal/sinus passages to see their current state. She was awesome and very caring! I do appreciate her. As someone who's grown apprehensive of doctor visits in Houston, I can honestly say this is one of the kindest and most positive doctor offices I have encountered in YEARS in Houston. The front desk receptionist and the check-out receptionist were very pleasant and refreshing. My initial prescriptions from my first visit weren't a fit for me. I had a reaction and will later see Dr. Herman for a change of medicine. I know Dr. Herman will work with me to find a prescription that eliminates my symptoms. I could tell she cared about helping me as a new patient! This is how much I believe in the service I received here from Dr. Herman and her Staff! You guys really positively impacted me!!
