Just my 1st consultation took the clinic 4 hours before they saw me. I wasn't happy with that. But the secretary apologized.

In and out real quick get to the problem we are busy people and those are the kind of doctor I need when is gonna let me know exactly what happened so I can move on with my day One little problem sometimes even though they’re busy they have to take a little time off to listen what the patient has to say

This was the first time I saw Dr. Ali. He was an hour late, but it’s okay he was in a procedure I was still optimistic he was going to help me. After he came into the room he asked me 3 questions before confidently saying I had IBS. I had to argue and struggle to tell him about my past medical history, he just wouldn’t listen! There’s no way he got a complete understanding of what I’ve been struggling with. The doctor only know what the patient tells him but he was refusing to listen! Not only that but he was extremely condescending. When I asked him what would be the diet for IBS he told me to look it up and to educate myself. He was a waste of time and money. Go to a different doctor.
