Apparently correcting my name is rude. Never heard of that one. In return Gaines was rude and inattentive.no proper examination all bc I wanted to be addressed properly. I could go on about the rest of the visit but I’m not. Probably the worst doctor I’ve experienced. It’s reason I came to him needless to say I’m very disappointed. Please Save your responses nothing can be said at this point.

Worst 1st experience ever. Drove from Kingwood to make sons appt only to be told he couldn't be seen by this doctor. They called yesterday didn't leave a message telling me why. Could've saved me that long damn ride. I called back yesterday nonone could tell me why I was called. He had an appointment, at 8am at the KINGWOOD Location. Why couldn't that have been brought to my attention saving me from driving 90 the entire way. Smh!! Poor poor service

I have not been to a doctor in 8 years and I have a huge fear of going. He was great! He was so calm and helpful, I didn't feel like he was rushing me out and he took the time to talk about anything I had questions over.

First time at the clinic and Dr Gaines was very comfortable to talk to, seemed not to be in a hurry as most Doctors that just pop in and out are in my previous experiences. Am interested and considering to keep coming back so far to work on my health care for the present and future.. thanks again.
