One of the worst encounters I've ever had with a medical professional. Dr. Li was extremely inept in hearing about my medical concern and completely rushed the conversation. It was obvious she did not care. I am normally quick to offer grace but I was completely taken aback with how she was seemingly in a rush and dismissive of the issue. Turns out what I initially brought to her attention was indeed a health concern that was confirmed by other medical professionals within the same network of doctors. I do not understand how she has received raving reviews and personally would never recommend her services to anyone. My concern is she is only attentive to "certain types" of patients and not attentive to all patients that walk in to see her regarding a health matter.

I am very disappointed with Dr. Li. She didn't mention and explain an extra charge and got my consent then billed me extra for the doctor's visit. She is not professional and treats patients incorrectly.

The doctor changed my appointment type from physical exam to office visit without telling me. Physical exam is covered by my insurance but office visit does not. She blamed me for writing a not said I want focus on the breast during physical exam and not telling her I need a physical exam while both the system and the front desk confirmed that I scheduled a physical exam. She changed it during my visit without even telling me. I waste a day off work and came there in the early morning without breakfast for fasting, to waste my time for did nothing.

I found this doctor to be caring, attentive, friendly, and I like her a lot. I will return for some testing after Holidays.

Dr. Li has great bedside manner, very attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Li listens to your concerns, answers your questions and actually cares about your health and well being. I highly recommend Dr. Li. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!!

I came in to see Dr Li because my ear has been clogged. She quickly diagnosed me with allergy related congestion and gave me a list of medications to help curb it and get me back to normal. She even called in a prescription for Flonase, even though it's available OTC, to save me some money by going through insurance. I will definitely be coming back to see her with my next medical issue.
