I cannot express enough gratitude for Yusuf and the entire team at SMS Home Health LLC. My father recently battled a rapidly progressive form of Alzheimer’s and Lewy Body Dementia. As his caregivers, my mother and I could not have navigated that difficult and exhausting journey without this team. Yusuf, Anisa, David, Samantha, Barbara, and Jasmine were all absolutely incredible. They provided an exceptional nursing, speech therapy, and physical therapy care team here in Katy, but their impact went far beyond these visits. They acted as our trusted advisors and were a constant source of guidance and strength. Most importantly, they focused entirely on my father’s comfort and quality of life. Dad enjoyed their visits, and they always seemed to find a way to make him smile, even on the hard days. They were incredibly responsive, compassionate, and truly cared for him—and just as importantly, they made a point to check on my mother as his 24/7 caregiver. When the time came, they guided us through the heart-wrenching decision to transition from home health to hospice with such grace and expertise. If you are looking for the gold standard of in-home care in the greater Houston area that treats your loved one with dignity and joy, I highly recommend calling Yusuf and his team.

I had sciatica pain that did not seem to improve until I called SMS Home Health and they sent a PT out to evaluate me. Once my insurance was approved, my full time therapist Kyle started coming to my home twice a week and was able to help my pain and weakness in my left leg tremendously. I feel like a new person. SMS home health has been fantastic. Their therapists are really good, especially for neurocare patients. The therapy is really aimed at individual patient, rather than just a method. The therapists get involved in the care and guide the family at every step of the way. The owner Yusuf is very committed to care. Most home health companies only do one 30 mins session a week. Then too, they try to teach the family than provide therapy for the patient. That is NEVER the case with SMS. Their number one priority is always the patient. The nursing care is always excellent too. Bottom line is they ALWAYS listen to the family and accommodate requests. Best home health company so far!

I have been to Dr Yusuf for my Achilles tendon pain,he took the time to listen and also asked me in detail about my pain level and was very patient,gave me therapy and also showed me excercise that I could do at home.Dr Yusuf even took the time to follow up with me. I would definitely recommend him and his team for your therapy needs
