Dr. Pondt has been my physician for years and has never led me astray. Her customer service from the staff to her personal care is extraordinary along with her level of knowledge. I love the fact that although she is a doctor in the western world we live in, her core values are of a standard that I agree with. I would and have recommended her to others and will continue to praise Dr. Rochelle Pondt! Thank you to her staff for a pleasant experience always!

She treated me and my husband as if we were a joke. She knew why we were there and instead of requesting the proper tests which we could afford, she drags her feet sending us through Quest for pointless labs. I was constantly fatigued and every time her assistant would call at 8 in the morning to give test results, she'd note in my chart that I understood and had no questions. I had several questions and once I was able to advocate for myself just like any other black doctor in a white coat she decides to throw her ego around, huff and puff her chest and get an attitude. She wasn't helping us and I asked for a referral to someone who could actually help and OMG it was like the world was ending. She actually referred me to medicaid services for mental health when we have BCBS. She knew every symptom that I was suffering from and her assistant tells me "She told you the service to use BUT here's Dr. Gilmore's number you can call them and if you want to talk about other symptoms you can make an appointment now or call back." WOW!!! She took my notebook and made a copy of the page that I had noted all my symptoms on but now you want me to pay you $111 again to talk about those very same symptoms. I should've taken heed to other comments and saved myself the time and heartache when I was already going through so much. I don't like doctors and I definitely don't trust them, let alone giving my money away when they didn't help make it but she acted as if I was out seeking for attention. Guess she has a preference for the type of blacks she'll genuinely help!

I really, really love my whole experience with Dr. Pondt! I can tell that she really cares about her patients health and well-being. I didn't feel rushed and I left feeling encouraged and feeling like I had been in good hands. I'm encouraged about her directives concerning my weight-loss in order to control my blood pressure. Her staff is very professional, clean and friendly as well as the facility. I'm looking forward to keeping her as long as I can as my primary care physician.

I’ve been seeing Dr Pondt for 4 years at 2 different practices she has been with and I have NO complaints! She truly gets to know her patients, and is invested in her patients as people first. She is warm, kind, intelligent and always very helpful. I am always able to schedule right away and the staff are always respectful, courteous and informative. She is truly one of a kind and I cannot imagine another physician as wonderful as Dr Pondt!

Speedy, friendly and amazing staff. Although I do not have insurance, they were able to schedule me an appointment as early as the next day whereas other locations had a 2 to 2 1/2 week wait. Thankfully they were able to resolve my issue that day and it was cost efficient for someone in my particular situation ($100 - $150 cheaper than elsewhere). Along with that, the courteous and friendly staff has my recommendations to friends, family and peers in the area.

First time with a dr since my nephew passed in November 2019 due to negligence. I felt soo welcomed by the front desk staff. She answered serious questions I had and was sooooo informative. She definitely gave me some of my trust back in doctors and doctor offices. She will definitely be my doctor from now on!! I told my sister and she may be changing her dr as well once she finds out if she is in her network as well!!! THANK YOU SOO MUCH to the staff and a special thank you to Dr. Pondt!!!
