I wouldn’t send my dog there. They will hang up in your face, put you on hold, and hang up in your face again.
Wost hospital ever please don't take love ones there the staff don't care and even finding funny when people are hurting
I went there to the ER because of Kidney stone. They were outstanding and professional. Thank you for your services
Not the greatest service they do not communicate with each other. This hospital is the worst do not recommend at all.

Hospital sucks. Waited a hour to even be seen when there was literally no one in the back. Lady in the front kept typing my name in wrong for registration so I waited 30 minutes for that alone and then Allen (the doctor) genuinely sucked. Better off going anywhere else.
Rude unfeeling I went bc my blood pressure was extremely high. Needed blood pressure lisonapril ( mp) until storm was over. No way to get to CVS. I am 78 and crippled from a stroke in 2022. I think covid vaccine. I was brought in by ambulance from Spring Hill Suites. I was set out in waiting room for hours. At 7 was shift change. The old staff was leaving new staff coming in. After lab test from blood work came in. Nobody came out there to give me the prescriptions I needed. When I became worried about what kind of place I was in, where was my nurse doctor they had left bc of shift change Good grief. Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. Very Scary and incompetent. Never did I get a prescription but Sincerity was rude to me. Little regard for people. I had already checked out in em ok.
From the beginning to the end, the hospital staff were absolutely amazing. Ms. Heather was so kind and attentive she truly listened to me, and I felt her positive presence and energy the entire time. I also want to thank Nurse Ms. Okeoma for being so caring and compassionate. She made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my experience. I’m very grateful that my first experience was such a good one.
I accompanied my grandmother to this hospital and, unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The general atmosphere among most staff did not reflect the professionalism expected in a healthcare setting. Multiple employees appeared sarcastic, dismissive, and more focused on joking and socializing with one another than attending to patients. At times, it felt more like a casual environment than a hospital, which was concerning given the circumstances. That said, this review is not directed at the hospital as a whole, but rather at the contrast between staff behavior. One nurse — I believe her name was Alexandra, though I cannot say with complete certainty — stood out in a very positive way. She was the only staff member who appeared attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on patient care. I also personally witnessed other staff members being rude and dismissive toward her, which was troubling, especially considering she was the one actively doing her job. Based on this experience, I would rate Nurse Alexandra five stars for professionalism, work ethic, and patient care. Unfortunately, due to the conduct and lack of professionalism demonstrated by the rest of the staff during our visit, I would rate the hospital overall two stars.
Alexandra was an amazing nurse, super sweet and caring, very attentive and moved steadily but quick. Definitely top 3 ❤️

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
