The lady at the front when you walk in is rude, she snatched glasses from me while I was looking at them. Definitely won’t be back.

Armando and Clara were very helpful in helping me find what I needed. They showed proper customer service when I needed glasses asap. Would recommend if you need attentive care to your questions

LONG UNNECESSARY WAIT!! Came for my appointment at 10:00 am, I arrived early as advised. When I arrived there was 1 single male who seemed to be running the store. Only 1 other patient in waiting area, I waited for about 20 minutes & was called to the back for the exam only to find out there is NO REAL EYE DOCTOR at this location. They only do sight exams to see what prescription you need only. They claim to have a licensed doctor SIGN OFF ON YOUR PRESCRIPTION BUT THEY ARE NOT PHYSICALLY AT THIS LOCATION TO SEE YOU! I came in for extremely dry eyes with no vision problems and guy told me he would have to refer me somewhere else. So i figured i might as well do exam since im here. He told me i was waiting for a lady to come in the room who wasnt at work yet. Black female "doctor" walks in with fast food in her hand and left us patients to wait an additional 20 minutes! She walked back and forth past us several times without even a hello or anything . I walked out, my time is too valuable to be waiting like this. Disgusting service..

I had a wonderful experience here at Stanton Optical✌🏻 Super friendly staff👍🏻 Clara was really very kind and very helpfull, I a 100% would go there again just for the excellent service & helping staff Top notch costumer service she actually made sure i left from there happy and satisfied She took extra care by making 2 pairs of glasses for my daughter even though it was time for her to close the store You don’t get to see such kind people in todays time ♥️ 100% recommend this place 6/5 stars The extra star for Clara🫶🏻

DO NOT GO HERE. They are not even a real optomotry office. They do “virtual” online eye exams. Like what the heck? I’ve been wearing contacts for 20 years with astigmatism. There is zero accuracy in this practice and the staff was so rude. Had a dry contact irritate my eye on the way there and she said they “had to check” to see if I could even have an “exam” because my eye was red! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Make it make sense. The incompetence and lack of an actual MD was crazy. Total fraudulent place. Save your time and see a real doctor.

Dear Clara, I am personally writing to you. When someone comes to your work and the position you have. It doesn't hurt to say "Hello". That is like your second home and you should always make someone feel welcomed. (That is not asking for too much.) It's called common courtesy & especially in customer service. I can tell that isn't in your nature to be kind or be HELPFUL and you really don't care about being at that job. You have NO excitement or ambitious when it comes to that job. You sat on your phone looking at social media and did not care to make a sell or even HELP me with eyewear. You didn't tell me any offers or specials you were having at Stanton Optical. You didn't tell me what section to look at. You didn't ask me if I needed HELP. You just sat on your phone on social media. You truly don't want to be at that job and it clearly shows and that is fine if that is what Stanton Optical stands for. I went to LensCrafters and COMPLETELY DIFFERENT standards. You wouldn't even tell me your name. You just ignored me. Again, that is fine but When UPS came in and you didn't even want to help him out by signing. You wouldn't even tell him your name. You told him the letter "C". I didn't know your name until I read these fake reviews. Stanton Optical I am disappointed in your choose of employees that represent your company. You should be ashamed of the customer service of "C". Clara I hope you find it in your heart to be kind one day and get the help you need because you are not happy with life. This is not to bash you. Maybe it's a reality check to start your new chapter because Stanton Optical is not for you. You are not an asset to this company. Your energy is very drainful.
