Jennifer & Jorge !!!! Amazing souls , so kind and helpful, Jen was amazing , so patient and understanding , I had a horrible experience with my prior doctor and had a fear of trying a new one but as soon as I got the help the second I walked in , it was an instant relief, patient with me when we were trying to figure things out , so happy i decided to come in !!

I came in today had my appointment set for 11:30am walked in and was greeted soon as I walked into the door. With me being a Manager in customer service industry I rarely have that to happen, that is a plus to me. The visit didnt take too long at all I was so very impressed with being out of there a hour later which usually when I go to the eye doctor I’m in there for more than a hour. But my overall experience was given by Mr. Jorge I can really see why he is the Manger of this location I have been in customer service for 29 years and he was so very delightful, very helpful, his personality really speaks for himself. I was overall impressed with him and his attitude so positive and what really got me was his multitasking personality I will be sticking beside my new found eye wear location. There is more I can say with my visit but just going in there you will know why my review is long because you don’t get most people to care about the way their customers service I s anymore and especially to make you feel welcoming from the first time in and the entire time there. Thank you so much for your service and I will be referring you guys to everyone I know that is need of a good place for your vision.

Would definitely recommend this place! Jorge was the one who helped us and he did an amazing job! He was very friendly, explicative, and informative on the differences between the lenses and what was recommended based on our eye exam! Me and my husband got 2 pairs of glasses. 1 regular pair for daily tasks and driving. Our 2nd pair being safety glasses since we work outside! Very affordable! 5 stars!

Came in at a busy time, Jennifer was really kind and helpful. I appreciate her communication and support during the process. And even though Ivan was having a rough time with a customer he still was quick and responsive with me. I appreciate the staff here, will be coming back.

I wanna thank DI DINAH SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL, VERY LOVING AND VERY KIND COMPASSIONATE I LOVE HOW SPIRIT HER ATTITUDE SHE HELPS SOLVE MY PROBLEM THAT I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH SINCE FEBRUARY OF THIS YEAR SHE TOOK CARE OF IT. SHE PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE WHEN I PICKED UP MY GLASSES. I JUST LOVE HER. SHE’S THE BEST I PRAY FOR HER AND HER FAMILY AGAIN I’M SATISFIED. Melissa was very helpful. I came from out of town and needed new glasses the same day, she was very informative and accommodating! My first choice of glasses were a bit more than my budget and she was willing to apply the lowest cost for me which I greatly appreciated. Also, My glasses were ready in less than an hour and I got 2 pair Also, the music choice and overall vibes was A1!
